Maybe everone reading and watching thsi forget to date nobody has found a way to preserve our physical changes over time. Case in point. I have been fortunate to see my great grand kids over the last 11/12 years going from birth to teens and guess what there have been observable changes both physical and intelectual.

The series Picard did it just the way you should when you have a popular show with an aging cast. They took the time to have the main cast usher in a new one with the same format as the series, which had managed to keep moving forward. they did a great job with casting and storyline, it is too bad they chose to end it I believe they missed the opportunity to revive the show for a whole new generation.
